The tube laser cutting is based on fully automatic laser pipe cutting machine technology, avoiding pipe deformation through non-contact processing, combining CCD cross-section recognition system and floating custodian mechanism to ensure stable cutting of shaped pipes (round/square/elliptical pipes). It supports the processing of pipes with diameters from 12 to 254 mm, with wall thicknesses up to 12 mm (carbon steel) or 6 mm (stainless steel), and adapts to the customization of complex pipe fittings such as feed dispenser elbows and ventilation duct interfaces.
The special process library presets the parameters of feed equipment pipe fittings (such as U-shaped groove, flange interface), and can be called up by one key.
