Cast Iron Flanges are key components used for sealing connections in piping systems and are suitable for scenarios such as water treatment, gas transmission, and industrial equipment. This product adopts high-precision casting process, provides full size coverage from DN50-DN2000, supports PN1-PN25 pressure level, has excellent corrosion resistance and sealing performance, and is suitable for gate valves, pumps, piping systems, and other equipment.
Our iron flanges feature a high-strength structural design with an integrally cast body and flange to ensure long-term compressive stability, with a dynamic load capacity of 30.7 kN and a static load of 19 kN. Suitable for a wide range of scenarios, they support water, steam, non-corrosive liquids, and gaseous media, with operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to 165°C, and pressures of up to 400 psig (2,760 kPa). Design sealing strong, using metal / rubber composite sealing surface, through the GB / T 13927 pressure test, the leakage rate is lower than the international standard, optional non-asbestos gasket to meet the environmental requirements. Convenient maintenance, standardized bolt hole design, support for quick disassembly and installation; lubrication port pre-set to reduce friction loss and extend service life.
