Product Description

Process:

Laser cutting: the plate is cut by high-precision laser cutting machine to ensure the molding precision of complex contours (tolerance ± 0.1mm).

Bending molding: step by step through the CNC bending machine to complete the multi-angle bending, to avoid material redundancy and deformation (need to pre-cut to control deformation).

Stamping Reinforcement: Local reinforcement using progressive stamping molds to enhance the strength of the load-bearing nodes of the bracket.

Welding and assembly: Robot welding process is used to ensure strong welds and minimize deformation.

Grinding and Polishing: Fine grinding of the welded parts to eliminate burrs and improve surface flatness.

Electrophoresis Paint Treatment: Form a uniform primer layer through cathodic electrophoresis process to enhance corrosion resistance (especially suitable for carbon steel and aluminum alloy).

Painting protection: The outer layer of electrostatic powder coating provides diversified color choices and additional anti-scratch protection.

Packaging Quality Inspection: Full size inspection (caliper/micrometer) and load test (≥1.5 times of rated load) to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
